“I always feel like going into a furniture store is like falling into shark infested waters. As soon as you go in the door of any sofa store, everyone looks up and they start circling, with pens and ipads at the ready. Today, we were left alone, but Sarah introduced herself and said give me a shout if you need anything. Really did leave us alone too, but noticed what style of sofa we were looking at and directed us to the ones we had missed. After we had narrowed it down, she offered us a cup of quite decent coffee, which was greatly appreciated. Once we got down to the final two, she did step in to help with measurements, alternatives and options. Even though I've worked in sales, Sarah never made it feel like we were being sold to or pressured and she was very good at explaining everything. Thoroughly recommended!”
