Riders are left waiting outside as if they are worthless, wasting time and fuel while management clearly does not care. Usually I’m in Sainsbury with my Mum saying ‘that’s why I shop at Waitrose’ because there’s only one or no till open whereas Waitrose prioritise the customer experience.
