Made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed, they clearly cater to a certain demographic. Whomever the staff were working on Sunday 9th June 2024 around 1pm need retraining on customer service on how to treat and retain customers.

What can I say…? The management and assistants at the St.Albans Reiss store went above and beyond! They helped me to plan and curate a casual outfit that I needed for a wedding. St Albans branch has a very good sales team , friendly and easy to deal with whether it is a purchase or return, no hassle at all. We love shopping there.
