Came today at 11:45. Was seen very fast. Lovely young lady on the counter who was very polite and helpful.

I honestly lost for words and don’t even know where to start.
First the counter staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. She’ll shout out your name and address across the counter whilst there are people in the pharmacy waiting.

They literally have nothing, including staff. Any time I wait for half an hour for my prescription.
