Awful experience with a very rude assistant when trying to return a faulty item. Patronising, unhelpful, unclear and spoke to me like I was a child. Terrible experience in the men’s bit downstairs. Changing rooms are just full of clothes piled up. Self service checkouts are never operational even on a Saturday, so forced to queue and pay upstairs. Clothes are really boring and same-y and hardly any selection of smart shirts.
