Unfortunately very disappointing experience. Fitness First PT charged upfront for classes and disappeared. The management is not sorting it out - do not pay upfront in that gym, I have to sadly say.

Edited: I've been a member of this gym for 3 years. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the cleanliness, it’s fallen short in recent times.

Clean, modern gym with all the equipment you need. Also a nice changing room and sauna. Staff and personal trainers are friendly - especially Harry who is an excellent PT?

Our gym in St Albans offers a huge range of group exercise classes too. Free classes are available to members on a weekly basis and include spin, yoga, pilates, circuit, boxercise, core, Zumba and Ballet Fit. Personal training sessions are also available for those wanting extra help defining their workout routines and reaching their fitness goals.
