“Significant improvement since the December 2022 renovation. The weights/cardio/machines area is top notch now, big upgrade over the the previous area with all new equipment.If I have to complain about anything, the lockers/bathrooms could be much improved. Also the WiFi signal in the facility is very poor.”

“I’ve been training with Junaid at Fitness First St Albans as my PT for the past several weeks and it already feels transformational. I’m a total novice when it comes to the gym, hadn’t been for years and gotten out of shape with lockdown and a sedentary job and lifestyle. Junaid doesn’t judge - he focuses 100% on your goals and getting you there no matter what. Really grateful for his mix of infectious enthusiasm, determination but also understanding of where you’re starting from. Would 100% recommend him as a PT!”
