“Why can't you give more than 5 stars!If you are considering eye surgery in the Hertfordshire area then they are perfect. I had multifocal lens exchange and from the first consultation, through the surgery and the aftercare they have been first class. In particular, the aftercare is exemplary. Harveen and Heidi go out of their way to explain what is happening, and why, so any concerns are soon taken away.Never again will I have to clean glasses or put up with marks on the nose, steaming up on cold or rainy days, additional sunglasses or misplacing the spectacles.I won't need it again, but if I did, I wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“Very friendly staff & usually good opticians but I only had one issue when one of the opticians I saw didn't give me the full results of my eye test. I requested a retest & the next optician a week later highlighted that I have to have a procedure to one of my eyes which I should have been told about on my previous test. So not a good recommendation if you have a problem with your eyes & you are not told about it.”
