“Above and beyond any previous experience elsewhere. Incredibly thorough in testing and the first ever to get the glaucoma done first go! All tests were clearly explained and I felt in very safe hands. The range of frames is fantastic and Jez is brilliant at recommending styles to suit, as well as making sure they fit perfectly. On top of that, the shop has been laid out to be fun and interesting and there’s plenty of parking nearby. Highly recommended!”

Every single pair of glasses in this shop were so nice and were organised by style which made it so easy to find exactly what I was looking for. “Had multifocal lenses put in to correct reading and one eye's distance issues. Optical Express calculated a brilliant compromise and now I don't need glasses for anything, with better than 20/20 vision. I just think a better explanation of the lenses operation would be helpful, i.e, they'll shred your natural, muscle focussed lenses and stick immovable, unbendable lenses in, so they won't be 'perfect', but they'll be damn good. (No fixed lens can be designed to focus really close and really far at the same time). Otherwise the pre-op assessments and post op care are brilliant and I would highly recommend. The 2 year interest free payment scheme helps too :-)”

“UPDATE..... I received my new spectacles from EOS this morning. As usual the service was excellent. The eye test is very thorough and the difference between my new varifocal lenses and my old single vision lenses is immediately noticeable. Always friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend.Visited this morning as I managed to break my spectacles last night lifting my son into bed. They didn't have any frames that would fit my lenses but carried out a repair there and then and didn't charge me a penny! Fantastic service.
