The salon hadn't been able to rectify the problem despite two return visits. At Sally's, Clare (a professional hair colourist) spent some time with me in the shop and selected a colour for me. She patiently explained how to use it at home and explained the timings etc.I have just finished colouring my hair to Clare's instructions and and am very happy with the result.
