This is all down to the young asian lady who simply went out of her way to help me! I am Asian as well and struggle to find a colour to suit my skin-she went out of her way to find a foundation that matches my tone! She even did a free skin test to find what condition my skin was and recommended Aloe products. She knew the products inside and out- it was so refreshing to find someone who is actually passionate about the things they sell! Please make sure this young lady gets the recognition she deserves. She helped me find a perfect regimen!”

“Very disappointed with Boots Hatfield.If you are trying to give the farmacy a call, that will be mission impossible.Nobody ever answeres. My prescription was sent by mistake to Boots Hatfield instead of Boots Welwyn.They have tried in vain, and so did l, to call Hatfiel branch for a transfer of my prescription.I had to go in person to Hatfield to pick up, and even then they made a mistake. I was asked to wait 10 min for the prescription to be ready. 10 minutes later, l get told that they don't have it. While the pharmacist tells me that they can not find the prescription, other pharmacist comes with the prescription ready for collection.That's how well communication stands, at Hatfield.Complete dissapointment”
