“I had to send off original documents by Special Delivery and enclose a self addressed Special Delivery envelope for their return to me. I thought there would be a Special Delivery envelope that I could purchase but they don’t stock them. The lady on the counter gave me an envelope to put in the outer envelope; explained the procedure to me and processed everything perfectly. She couldn’t have done anything better.”
“After living in many locations around the UK, this office and it’s staff are by far the best I have ever experienced. Every time I go into the office nothing is too much trouble and the staff always do their best to help me out.Big thank you to Joe our postman. Great sense of humour and always has a smile on his face. Today he remembered a conversation from last week where I said I was unwell and he asked me whether I had recovered. Not only that but has asked me and my partner before whether we have settled into our new place ok. That is true customer service at its finest. Well done Royston RM you’re fine bunch.”
