“I have used several different post offices in Cambridge and together with the main one on Regent street, this one has always had consistently good service. The staff is friendly, relaxed, and happy to help with as many letters or parcels as you have. They have good opening times as well. I can definitely recommend this post office.”

“This is a great Post Office the staff are amazing. If anyone posts a bad review ignore it. That says more about the person posting the review than the service they have received. They are the nicest shop keepers on Mill Road. And so friendly polite and helpful to anyone. I go there often to post parcels I see excellent customer service to all the customers. They will do what ever they can to help. I forgot my bank card one day and they went to so much effort to contact me to return it.This shop is one of the main reasons I still like living in this area.”

“This is a convenient place to drop off your dry cleaning. They are an agent for Penguin dry cleaning on Mill Street. They pick up from here around 9am on Wednesdays and Fridays. You can then collect on Friday or the following Wednesday.I've attached their price list as at Feb 2023.”

“Excellent Post Office, well run with great opening hours. Efficient and very helpful staff. Always 2 or more tills open so even if a queue which is rare, it moves quickly. Open all day Saturday and even if closed in the evenings and on Sundays the shop check outs can often help with parcels or other Post Office business. Really do recommend this place as the best Post Office in Cambridge.”

“One of the best little shops around - they hardly ever let me down - you can buy almost everything here. They also have a great supply of fresh produce - meat, veg, fruit and also fresh bread. The staff are very friendly and always bring a smile to my face.”

“I've used this post office exclusively during my time in Cambridge and have never had a bad experience. Sure, there may be a line of people ahead of me, but that's not the fault of the staff. The person who monitors entry will try to help when they are able to do so, often times they will show one how to use the self-service desk or assist in other ways that prevents one from having to go to a live person. When I've had to go to a live person, each has been helpful and pleasant, even when I've done something idiotic.”

“Carla the postmistress is an Eastern European. Yet her English is really quite good. By 'quite good' I mean more than functional literacy because she is beyond that. Anybody who cannot empathise with her ought to imagine running a post office on their own, with no colleagues to consult about anything, in somewhere like Budapest. In fact she is a very bright and funny lady who would not be deliberately rude to anybody. That contrasts sharply with one of her colleagues in the Nisa shop to which the Post Office is attached.”

Local convenient parking. I travel from north side of Cambridge to come here as service so good. (better than my local PO!)”

“An essential resource for our small community and nearby villages. The lovely couple running this shop are doing theie best to keep our village Post office going as a general store too. It had been neglected and needs all locals to give it the utmost support.”

“Cambridge is really lucky to have such a store which can deliver any (Indian items my case) to your doorstep. I was able to make authentic raw mango pickle as well as Panha (Marathi mango ? drink) during the summer. We had constant supplies of Alphonso mangoes from March till July! They have variety of condiments, spices, pickles and many more products that it is very difficult to obtain in Cambridgeand surrounding areas. They deliver to your doorstep and accept card or online transfer. They've been a blessing for us especially during the pandemic!”

“I had a complicated online return and was really flustered at the counter, but the woman working there was so patient and helpful. I had to go back when I realized I made a mistake and she kindly helped me fix my postage. Would highly recommend going here if you need to use postal services. Thank you :)”

“The staff are great but outside the store is always really scruffy and there are so many times l could nt get passed in my wheelchair because of all the pallets and the silver trolley. Plus l can t get into the shop because of all the stock all over the floor l can t use the shop anymore, very sadly. Please tidy the outside of the shop up and get rid of all the rubbish so that wheelchair users and pushchairs don’t have to go onto the road to get up and down the street.”

“I see some reviews here explaining that the customer service here is below standard. I would like to dismiss this.Today I went to post a package, containing contents with a value of over £300+. So naturally I have some suspicion of who I'm selling this to. I had been contacted by someone via 'Facebook Market Place' which I have used several times to sell on; always in cash, never an issue. This time, I was thinking a bank transfer or similar would be perfectly safe. WRONG!I took my suspicions with me and asked both of the workers in the post office, and their immediate alarm bells went off. They had heard similar scams before. Lets just say we hatched a plan and they guided me all the way to the end.I now haven't ben scammed after being on the EDGE of losing my valuable package, and also I would've been out of pocket '£££'. Thanks to their insight and awareness, and genuine care that I didn't end up screwed over, they saved me ALL THE STRESS NO ONE NEEDS. STAY SAFE. Be aware and be grateful to those who serve us. Thank you so much if you two ( you know who you are at the post office) end up reading this review. I am so grateful. Todd.”

“This is a proper post office counter meaning they take larger parcels etc which most do not these days. I don't bother with services in Cherry Hinton or Fulbourn anymore after they suggested i go to wilbraham”
