There have been numerous problems with prescriptions over the past year stemming from either Addenbrookes or the Royston Health Centre. However, the team at Boots Burns Road have gone above and beyond to find helpful solutions each time. Most recently, a prescription wasn't ready in time for our holiday due to the GP surgery, but they came up with a solution that meant we could get it while away, and even offered to call the other pharmacy if there were any issues to ensure we didn't run out. In contrast to our challenges with the NHS healthcare system, this pharmacy have been a solid, reliable team and massive help to us as a family. THANK YOU!”
