“The people who staff this pharmacy are absolutely lovely and so friendly. You don't feel rushed when talking about any issues and prescriptions are done relatively quickly. It's always a pleasure to visit here and how often can you say that about a pharmacy?It is a fairly busy pharmacy so there are often queues. The pharmacy stocks the usual items - plasters, skin care creams, ointments, toothpaste and brushes, shampoo, shower gel, etc. There isn't that much stock on display though as it is a fairly small pharmacy.Outside there are cycle racks for bike parking, and there is a car park attached to the doctors surgery and parking bays around the Clay Farm Centre - there aren't many parking bays however, and they are often full (and people who don't have a blue badge often use the disabled parking) so this is something to be aware of if you need to visit via a car.If you need a prescription filling then this is the place to go. Efficient and friendly service.”

“Cherry Hinton pharmacy are a brilliant pharmacy all the staff are friendly and helpful, and Banji the main pharmacist is extremely knowledge and is always more than happy to help. I have some complex medical needs and I'm on quite a lot of medication and on several occasions Banji has gone out of his way to chase up my doctors when they have made errors with my repeat prescriptions, to make sure I have my medication on time. I've been with several other local chemist over the year's and none of them come anywhere near close to the level of care that all the staff give to their patients here. I honestly can't recommend them enough”

“Travel vaccinationsI stopped in without appointment to schedule multiple vaccinations as I work overseas. Fantastic service. Got most shots that day, and had to come back the next day for the one that was not in stock. The staff and pharmacist are great- very helpful and the pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable in respect to vaccinations for travel. Skip the other places where online appointments are required. This place is best!!”

“I have been with this pharmacy for 2 years so I have seen both managements. The last lady I felt was extremely courteous and helpful, especially if I needed medicine urgently, albeit sometimes it took a while for the script to get ready. She never made me feel like I was a nuisance, even on days where I took up a lot of her time explaining medications and treatments. I was disappointed when I went back and she was not there as I felt I had built a relationship with her and I felt comfortable going to her about anything. However the new management and team are great also. I have no desire to leave a great service on my doorstep. The only complaint I have is that they don't open on a Saturday, they never did.”
