“the service is so slow here. there are always queues all the way out the door every time I arrive. it seems several of the staff just stand around chatting while people are waiting. once there was a queue of people waiting for them to finish their hour long lunch break but they didn't open the doors until the security guard remind them at 2.30... often I've heard people being told they don't have their script, or they are out of a person's medication... it's honestly the worst pharmacy I've ever used. queues are often so long that people are often through the door... and the wait time is usually around 30 minutes just to pick up medication”

“I really like this place. Sam is a really nice guy, he always takes time to help me out and listen to my concerns. Sure, he has an unusual manner (cultural difference perhaps?) But overall, he's a good pharmacist that knows his stuff and he'll do what he can to help you. I have limited mobility and he knows this so he comes out to my car to give me my medicine... Can't ask for better service!”

“I have only ever received a great service from this pharmacy staff. Staff are knowledgeable, go above and beyond to help and can order stuff in store, that is not on the shelf. The chief pharmacist has exemplary knowledge, he knows which medications will interact with others immediately, he's like a walking BNF! I wanted that credit to go to him, his employers are lucky to have him and the public should feel safe under his lead.”
