The staff are incredibly helpful and attention. However, New Look, your return's process is a ball ache, especially if you're collecting an order and wanting to return said order. It shouldn't be that time consuming!

Not a massive store but serves its purpose and has some nice bits. Also has clean changing rooms!

I always enjoy popping into New look to see the ranges of clothes and I like how there's a range of items on discount. However I was very disappointed as I was made to feel rushed when in the changing rooms despite there being 40 minutes before closing. Found the staff quite rude and pressurising.
