“Excellent customer service . 10/10. I bought a top on 29.7.17 at Hitchin store, I then wore it on Sunday 30th.7 only to discover that the sleeve had not fully been machined. Went into my local store to explain what had happened and for them to keep the last one in my size until I could bring the top in with my receipt, but I could not believe the customer care I received the young sales assistant said that's fine go and put the new top on and we will sort the faulty one. Excellent service and all with a smile and so polite. Thank you new look”
