As with so many, staff do not listen, asked for small coffee was charged for medium, was not offered refund when batista noticed mistake.

2018 review Nice but bit loud with music and people having to raise voices to be heard. Ginger cake was awesome2024 reviewHad 2x large chocolate drinks, millionaires shortcake. Daroka was very pleasant and welcoming. We need more humanised people like her. She was treating the staff and customers with upmost respect. I had the new raspberry bubble drink. Wow was made so well. Photo below. Unfortunately Costa don't seem to supply a squirt nozzle so the staff can drizzle the sauce. But at my request they did a fantastic job. The music was at sensible level today. Toilets clean and cafe free of litter and tables clean. I enjoyed my visit today.

Town Centre Costa is a good place to spend time with your family or friends.Nice service from Costa team, and the lady knows how to make a perfect coffee ?? .

A decent chain though could do with some modernisation. Also lacks natural light which is my main reason for not visiting more regularly when there are many more coffee shops in the area with better atmosphere.
