This store is always pretty tidy and has staff that are generally nice and helpful. It gets a little busy sometimes, but nothing out if the norm. Worth shopping here

I would like to thank the lady called Stephanie from the Letchworth store she was lovely I said I was looking for a milkshake pencil case and couldn't find it the last one She was great and went to find it she has made a daughter very happy please thank her ?
