“Had an issue as I ran out of contact lenses due to a delivery issue from another supplier, not boots. I could only wear one contact lense and obviously struggled throughout the day as I have weak vision.I hoped Boots Hoddesdon could help me out maybe with a spare lense but thought it was a long shot. To my delight the when I asked the attendant (Chloe) she was so, pleasant, friendly and helpful. She helped me out and retrieved the exact lenses I actually have on a usual basis.My absolute thanks to Chloe. Definitely go back if I require anything else optician related.”
