“I've been coming to this opticians on and off for decades. The service is excellent! I had a glasses sight test and the optician and the rest of the staff were great. Richard talked me through the different options with regards to the cost of new frames and lenses. He was extremely helpful and very friendly. I'll definitely be making this my regular opticians again despite no longer being based locally. The customer service was 5 stars!”

We were very welcome, when I finished one of the assistants was able to tell me where both my partner and daughter were!I was the only one needing new lenses. I explained I couldn’t afford them this side of Christmas! The lady was understanding and explained there was no rush and it was fine! I didn’t feel embarrassed or under pressure!
