The staff in the store and the service they gave to my wife and I was excellent. They activated our new phones and demonstrated real customer service and in our case patience with our lack of user knowledge. Well done guys.

The assistant manager was so nice and could not of been more helpful when I went into the shop today to try to sort my son’s phone which had stopped working with him in Vietnam. Apparently it was an outage and he spoke to my son and told him what to do. Which was totally different to the phone call we had with 3 earlier.... read full comment
