Absolutely joke of a company took a gucci bag in there which I brought brand new for £845. The lady was so incompetent the amount of pictures she had to take and retake was a joke! They then offered £170 to £220 when I had the receipt and cash converters two shops up with one photo not 40 offered me 400 it's safe to say I know where I took the bag. Honestly they are a con shop do not use at all costs ? so glad I shop around for the best price I hope my advise helps others get the best value for their items. DO NOT USE!!!

Came in to exchange some Euros back to Pounds. Was served by Sheldon (I believe that was her name) who was so friendly. The transaction took some time due to a bank transfer taking longer than usual but time flew by thanks to her. Thank you for your help. I shall be returning.
