Absolutely joke of a company took a gucci bag in there which I brought brand new for £845. The lady was so incompetent the amount of pictures she had to take and retake was a joke! Came in to exchange some Euros back to Pounds. Was served by Sheldon (I believe that was her name) who was so friendly. The transaction took some time due to a bank transfer taking longer than usual but time flew by thanks to her. Thank you for your help. I shall be returning.
