Visited this bank today to withdraw £40 from the cashpoint outside of the bank. The machine did not dispense my cash and I was requested to contact my bank to retrieve the funds. I escalated this incident to the staff and it is a known issue. Avoid this bank, bad customer service

Went into the Hemel branch to ask to see an adviser about my savings accounts on the 2nd of October. The very pleasant lady took my details and told me someone would be in contact within the week.
