Asked me how my Xmas was and helped me with what I needed to do.Nice to go somewhere where you receive great customer service. Saif is a credit to the branch as well as NatWest in general.”

“Although online the Hemel branch stated they were open until 4.30pm today, they were in fact closed. So I rang Santander Customer Services who were brilliant and Julie said that may be short staffed due to Covid which is understandable. I have always had great service from them and things happen, its a shame that others don't give consideration, especially in these trying times.”

“After 20 years banking with Barclays I finally moved and all I can say is I should have done it years ago.Metro bank is head and shoulders above any other uk bank.I’ve visited this branch 4 times in 4 months and would give them 6 out of 5 for the times I’ve visited.I really find the negative views very dubious if you ask me.Well done guys keep it up”
