Nationwide has always been good at customer service and today was no exception. I went in to sort out an ISA and it was very quick and easy. Thanks.

On the 15th April 2025 I visited this branch with my son who wanted to open an ISA. He waited in the queue but was told by the assistant Ella behind the desk that it couldn't be opened today as there was no one qualified to open it and that he had to come back another day.
