I went to bank today in the morning. John has given me excellent customer service. I was having issues with my online banking. But John made sure he went out of the way to help me. Besides that he printed my statements and also apologised for inconvenience I have to go through. My online banking is still not sorted. But...

Karen Orton was really helpful, I'd only gone in to deposit money however she showed me a bunch of incentives provided by lloyds to save money and have better interest rates in savers accounts. She was really easy to speak with and took me through everything. Really positive experience so massive thank you to Karen.
