“I have a Vauxhall Tigra. they charged me for their rate of being the largest car on their Gold service. I didn't notice till I got back to pay. I queried it. First they said that the rates of volume (the term on their rates) is not size, but how dirty a car is. I pointed out that my car wasn't exceptionally dirty, but also that's not what their sign actually said. I went to get a manager/supervisor from Tescos to witness this. They then claimed that the ticks on their signs doesn't mean specific service points are included - but that they "could' added. They then claimed that they had not charged me at the large car rate but for a medium size but had added £5 because I had specifically requested 'special' wax (even though wax is included in the gold service and no 'special' £5 wax is advertised anywhere. The guy then told me to fxxk off, to which the supervisor from Tescos said that was not right lol. Luckily the guy agreed for me to film him discussing the pricing. Which will be passed on to Tescos and trading standards. As unfortunately. this sort of reporting rogue traders, or raising consumer issues, is actually part of my daytime job lol.”

“This place safe my life after I was unable to charge the car using the other company's connectors in my hotel parking lot and others nearby. The EV station works well with the fast charging connector. No need to install any app. Easy to pay by just tapping your credit card. Easy for tourists.”

“Price is usually good (for Hemel), due to proximity to a supermarket. No drive in carwash, only a jet wash. Sells Diesel V-Power. I always try and fill up here.”
