“I used this twice in last 3-4 months. First time I bought basic car wash for £4 (this is increased to £5 now). Second time I thought to go with Ulta HD (£12). Honestly not much difference in the process, car looks same after both washes. So go for basic wash until your car is not very dirty. Vallet service was costly and did not find it worth enough.”

“Amazing customer service provided by a fantastic member of staff called, “Ricky”. He is polite, courteous, friendly, warm and welcoming, with a smile on his face, every time I go there. Full of knowledge and outstanding customer service skills. This guy is a credit to the company BP and should be recognised by his management and owners of BP, for the level of service he provides. A guy like Ricky is wasted working in a petrol station and should be winning awards all over the place. All customers acknowledge and respect Ricky tremendously for his hard work and effort. This guy Ricky deserves to be the main boss and manager as his skills outweigh the current manager who is not very friendly and welcoming in my view. Ricky makes this BP very good, he is an asset to the company and I definitely will go back again and again because of him. Well done Ricky for your amazing achievements in this place as you said you have only been there for a month now. 5 starts for BP Wiggenhall Road, Watford and a super 5 stars for Ricky. He is going to be offered so many jobs by various people that see him at work believe me. A very happy customer due to his outstanding service.”
