Besides that he printed my statements and also apologised for inconvenience I have to go through. My online banking is still not sorted. “Can't speak too highly of the Store. As a disabled customer who uses a mobility scooter its not always easy to access items out of reach. But I only have to ask any one of the staff on duty and they will help me.
When it comes to paying in the self service paying area they will always pack my carrier bag and help me place it on my scooter safely.
There are often special offers which is also a bonus.”

“Price is usually good (for Hemel), due to proximity to a supermarket. No drive in carwash, only a jet wash. Sells Diesel V-Power. I always try and fill up here.”
“Changed post offices recently and were told by friends that the whole staff are brilliant at Bennets End so I gave them a go and it was true. As I'm a technophobic dinosaur I needed some photocopys done but that I hadn't a penny on me but that the documents were important. I promised to return with the money and they accepted that I would. They then helped me with the machine and a lot of banter took place !!The three girls at the counter were Anita, Carol and Angie who were brilliant. They all smiled and I came out of the Post Office feeling that as a customer they cared,so well done. Pete. ps Ive returned twice and can now nearly operate the photocopier on my own.!!!”

“This is a decent size store. Usually have well looked after produce and always sporting some good deals. Lots of parking and a decent range. If you need meat for dinner tonight they usually have single pieces from the fresh counter in a special fridge alongside. Good value for money.”
