“I cannot fault Nationwide The Parade Watford. Over he last year I opened an online account, I had nothing but trouble with it and he Staff have been wonderful trying to fix my faults. They have persevered well beyond their job descriptions. All the staff have been so helpful. Even the lady from Rickmansworth branch, she spent a very long time sorting out my problems. If you have branch of the year awards, I recommend that The Parade gets it. So grateful to them.”

“This is the first time me and my partner visited this store today . I'd like to put in a very big thank you to a cashier called Rodney working on check out number 10 today . He was very polite , very patient and had a lovely chat with him while he processed my shopping . He's a lovely man and really does deserve a pat on the back .We will be returning back to this store and hope to see Rodney again”

“Amazing customer service provided by a fantastic member of staff called, “Ricky”. He is polite, courteous, friendly, warm and welcoming, with a smile on his face, every time I go there. Full of knowledge and outstanding customer service skills. This guy is a credit to the company BP and should be recognised by his management and owners of BP, for the level of service he provides. A guy like Ricky is wasted working in a petrol station and should be winning awards all over the place. All customers acknowledge and respect Ricky tremendously for his hard work and effort. Honestly I’m just a taxi driver but if I owned a company, I would employee this guy immediately as he is the best of the best in my and many others eyes. I spoke with him many times and he is very welcoming too customers and he said he has only been with the company for a month now. I thought he had been here for years and years and was the main site manager the way he comes across. I really hope BP owners and managers commend and give this guy rewards and gratitude as I honestly believe he is worth so much more, than working this as a customer service person. This guy Ricky deserves to be the main boss and manager as his skills outweigh the current manager who is not very friendly and welcoming in my view. Ricky makes this BP very good, he is an asset to the company and I definitely will go back again and again because of him. Well done Ricky for your amazing achievements in this place as you said you have only been there for a month now. 5 starts for BP Wiggenhall Road, Watford and a super 5 stars for Ricky. He is going to be offered so many jobs by various people that see him at work believe me. A very happy customer due to his outstanding service.”
