“I went in Morrisons on Saturday especially for cat food and paracetamol but I picked up more goodies in my shopping basket
When it came to pay my bank card was not going through
I attempted 3 times tried cashing money even tried other means no luck
I was feeling so embarrassed Then realised my card was blocked due to bank fraud phew
The assistant Aiden had packed my shopping and I told him I will go home and come back to pay
He insisted saying don’t worry and had paid for it
I was more embarrassed and insisted on getting my daughter to come and pay
We came back relieved and paid AIDEN back
He was so kind and courteous Humanity at its best
I couldn’t thank him enough for having trust in me
Thank you again to Morrisons too for employing kind friendly staff who are most efficient too

Who obviously don't have a decent manager helping how short staffed they are
Yes the ques are long yes it's busy
However these guys are run off their feet on shit wages often doing the til and post office along
And still surpringly extremely happy and polite
I'll happily wait so I dont stress these poor workers further

“It's a pity Rickmansworth branch has closed down. I went with my daughter to Watford today to deposit cash into the machine, I was helped by a lovely gentleman called Ali. I must say he provided great service with a smile. Santander needs more people like him, I hope Watford branch remains open as I will definitely be back to see him He has a very pleasant and polite manner.”

“I used the branch today for the first time with my Aunt- helping her do some banking, as she is quite elderly. It's probably the best customer service I've ever received in any context or location.\\n\\nWe were served by Darshra, she was utterly professional and courteous and made us feel at ease, during the long process of a complex transfer of funds. She was patient and considerate of our needs made us feel like nothing was too much trouble.\\n\\nWe were served very quickly and left feeling quite blown away by how well we were treated. A blueprint for customer service really and I very much hope this review finds it's way back to her Manager!\\n\\nThanks again.”
