Receptionist barged into room with his own key in the middle of the night just to ask us our name after we requested a new key. Lack of professionalism and respect.
If we hadn't have seen him open the door unannounced, would he enter into the room whilst we were sleeping or possibly unclothed?

Room was dirty. Bathroom was filthy. I will never stay in a Travelodge again
