Hoping there was a no star option but had to give one star? Typical cold corporate. Business fell apart due to covid, (as our work is in the social care sector) and we were unable to trade. With no post required I contacted them hoping they would understand and collect the equipment. We were up to date with payments.... read full comment

As most of the other reviews AVOID this company. I've been trying to resolve an issue with a franking machine for months and they simply aren't interested. They just want to be paid without providing a service.

I never received my returned item back, this was 3 months ago. I still don't have it and have had no compensation for my missing item. Someone at Pitney Bowes has stolen it!
