The 2 Asisn ladies that work evenings are quite rude and disrespectful. The Asian gentleman on the other hand is very professional and polite. This shop deserves zero stars after the customer service or lack of it, I should say! That my 77 year old father received yesterday after trying to return a parcel via their drop and collect service.
