Three parcels not received. One was send on 30th Oct and two on 6th Nov (within UK). I have contacted the sellers. Apparently one of items has been marked as a parcel and not a larger letter (it was a thin newspaper) and now Royal Mail want a 1.50 fee on it. I can pay the difference, mistakes happen, there is no problem in that. Yet the problem I have is that they never left me any delivery note stating that they have it but there is a fee or informed the seller. I became aware about it once I contacted the seller and he contacted the Royal Mail and they gave him the information after couple arguments. That is just unbelievable. No note, no info, nothing! I can wait for my parcel forever while they hold it at the depot without informing anyone they have an issue with delivery.\\n\\nOther two parcels remain a mistery as the sellers are still arguing with Royal Mail over it and no wherebouts given so far. As my first parcel is at Waltham Cross branch, I will go there on Saturday to pick it up and who knows how many missing parcels I will get hold of.

This is another shambolic postoffice within WH Smith. There is one person serving. No privacy either. Lady who came to withdraw from moneygram had to shout out her reference number, amount, payee details, address including postcode and if they were a family and friend. At least 15 people in the queue with one person serving. No apologies on the wait time either.

This used to be great service a year or two ago. Now its rubbish. There must be no manager. Times change like a toilet flush. The website times have been wrong from before covid. East to know its Government backed. The manager should be removed and times and briefings implemented for all staff.

The worst customer service ever, the ques were ridiculously and the staff are unbothered that there?s a 100 people waiting each person waiting over 20 mins, too busy having off topic conversations with one person serving.

Very poor service at Waltham Cross post office. They seem to close at random times. I wasted my time going there to use the service a few times. There would be a notice outside with a message, e.g.,'we are closed between 11 to 12.30 for staff break. On the website it says its open till 5.30 but I was turned away before 5 pm when I went back again. Apparently, they needed to close due to short staff. Very dissatisfied with the service so far

Terrible service. They we're only open from 1.30 until 5pm on saturday 12th august. Nothing on website to say this.Had to wait 40 minutes until it opened. When it did the queue was long and only one person serving who seemed to take forever to deal with anything.

Very unpolite and unprofessional staff veryyy slow is not the first time this staff don't care about coustumer stay in queue for hour and received parking tickets

Came on Saturday 10 min to 10 but nobody was there. Queue was huge. They managed to open only 7 min to 10 when it supposed to open at 9

I was at home all day waiting for royal mail to deliver to me. The delivery did not dial the house number bell at the gate, that is to alert me to open for him, but no. He smuggled his way in and slipped a paper through my door. My sister's kid saw the paper fall in through the door and brought it to me upstairs. Royal mail deliverer was already gone, not even a knock. It's better not to attempt the service if you cannot deliver.It's bad news for royal mail to deliver to you.And yet you see their ugly red van everywhere pretending to deliver parcels but deliberately returning them to their office.

Saving money on people's time. There is only one person serves any time. They do not care about you. Does make any sense to post a parcel queue up for at least an hour? The Whole process takes 30 sec... DO NOT USE ROYAL MAIL OR THE POST OFFICE!

I'm not visiting this branch regularly so don't know if it happens all the time, but a few days ago when I was there around 10-15 people were queuing and just one till open. Though the staff member was polite and friendly, the waiting time was horrible.

I had such a good customer service experience from the 2 ladies in the delivery office today, I just wanted to say thank you to them for helping with my issue. Such a joy to find someone who actually wanted to help me. Thank you.

Every single time I have to send something, Team Pavilion always lets me down. Constantly opening at different time than stated, sometimes randomly closed all day. Every time I need them, they are always unavailable. Frustrating to keep on walking down to Cheshunt with packages in my hand.. 0/5
