“I went to the Nationwide building society in Borehamwood to get my statements that were a couple of years old with specific dates. The MR was very helpful and patient with my request and quiery. Searched for my requested statements and printed them out. I was very impressed by her patience and the way she conducted my request. Wont be wrong to say that i left as a very satisfied customer.”
