“Mr Molloy was perhaps the most helpful employee i have ever encountered at any service. He helped me set up a bank account and was also very good at communicating and making me feel comfortable at the bank. Santander is definitely very lucky to have him and i am surprised that he isn't working for corporate considering the plethora of skills he has at his hand.”

“I know sometimes the queues can be long in there, but not today! One gentleman at the counter and another waiting behind me.Absolutely lovely and helpful youngman on the counter. He was thorough and asked if he could help with anything else. As soon as I was being seen, a younglady jumped on the other counter to help the man behind me.I have to say, the staff are just lovely in Nationwide, always polite and helpful, even when there are queues!”
