“Always friendly, polite, very helpful and competent staff.It is a pleasure to operate an account at this branch. There is the excellent service and a sense of being a valued member of the building society. I doubt that feeling can exist in on-line banking.Sometimes the branch is closed for lunch, which I presume is due to staff shortages, and that should be addressed because some people can only get out to the shops at lunchtime.”
