I had a wonderful time it was just what i needed have booked two holidays there for next year. The staff were lovely and very helpful . The food was outstanding, plenty of choice. I had the accessible room with wetroom. Plenty of room for a wheelchair to get around. There was trips out every day( you pay extra for them)... read full comment

I highly recommend this hotel if you are disabled or have limited mobility. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly and the food is delicious.Walkability: The hotel is in Ross on Wye a small town which does have some small hills and narrow pavements, but the hotel does hire mobility equipment.
