Checked in, went to my room and it had clearly not been cleaned. So was waiting for over 30mins for them to clean it. Returned to the room to see only bed had been changed. Old dirty bedding just put on the shelf in the room. Pillows and bed sheet had stains. Absolutely disgusting. Would have changed hotels but ran out... read full comment

Had to walk over to service station to get key which was no problem, got to room and freezing cold and couldn't get heater to work, also had the room right next to the corridor door which banged all night with people coming and going, the sink in bathroom was blocked as water took ages to go and it stank as wellWe always... read full comment
