“Staff are very friendly and so helpful. After moving to the area and having trouble setting up my repeat prescriptions, I had contact from the doctors to say my repeat had been sent to the pharmacy (I was unsure whether Boots or Day Lewis), upon my arrival Boots were rude and unhelpful and told me that they had no copy of my script and that it was either at Day Lewis or to return in the morning. When I got to Day Lewis, the reception there couldn’t have been further from that of Boots, staff were engaged and helpful. They informed me that Boots had indeed received my script, and in the whole experience (and being unmedicated) I just broke down, and the staff were very approachable and within 10 mins the staff had sorted out the mishap for me! And they were so kind. Thank you! And I would recommend them over Boots Ledbury any day!”

“I've always been a fan of Boots, it's such a shame that shoplifters and Covid have spoiled the experience.Staff are always overworked, make up displays very sparse. But the store does it's best.”
