Staff are always lovely and friendly whenever I pop in for anything, especially Annie.
The optometrist was extremely professional and also friendly when examining my eyes. I felt I was treated with care and respect. I am a loyal customer because I like the way the staff here value their customers whenever they visit.

In the past I would have been happy to rate 5 stars, however I have recently had two extremely frustrating episodes with the Hereford branch. The first when someone changed the nose pieces on my rimless glasses and within 10 days the lens fell out. On returning them I was told that they would have to be sent away for a new frame. 4 weeks later having phoned and was told they were too busy to check and they would call me back, which they did not! I went into the shop only to find out my glasses had been lost. This was blamed on one of the staff, who had now left. Glasses were then found and I waited a further 2 weeks for them to be done. Totally unacceptable. The same said glasses having been accidentally sat on, which I returned to the shop 7 days ago, being told that the technician may be able to fix them on the day or by the following day. I asked if someone could call me so I could drive back into Hereford. No call, no glasses, so 7 days later I call to find out that they have been ready for days! It takes me an hour round trip to get to Hereford and if someone had been bothered to call me I could have collected them when I was in Hereford 2 days ago. Again totally unacceptable, poor customer service, poor communication and lack of any professionalism. I am seriously considering changing my opticians.

As always, very professional ,courteous and knowledgeable service.I have used this practice every year for the last six years and never had need to even think about change.Sight problems appear to be hereditary in my family ,but I am always fully informed with excellent advise and never over sold...This that me I was seen by a locum ,who I found to be not only ,very profesional,but also a pleasant manner who should do well in this industry.A credit to his occupation.
