Lovely meal. Lots of outdoor seating for a lovely day, very dog friendly. Card machines were down but option of bank transfer so didn’t affect our experience. Staff were lovely. Thank you we’ll be back!

Visited on a Saturday for a pub lunch with my wife and 2 daughters, while camping at nearby Longtown. The pub has only recently reopened after changing hands. The Bridge Inn is a rural country pub, located in the shadow of the Black Mountains next to the Escley Brook, run by Louise and H.
Named as one of the best country pubs, they stock a selection of Hereford beers, ciders and very local award winning Gin made in the Village by Black Mountains Botanicals.
The Bridge Inn has also a small campsite and riverside hard standing pitches. If you fancy to stay the night there yurts available as B&B contact [email protected].
or Self catering at Bridge Farmhouse, run by Glyn and Gisela Bufton at only 2 min walk from The Bridge, contact [email protected].
In the summer there is a beautiful riverside beer garden and in the winter a huge roaring fire.
A proper good pub.
