Came at 3.15 pm to cash cheques. You were shut at 3PM. This is 2024- why are you shut half way through the afternoon?

appalling customer service today for my in-laws, they have an older account and want to switch to a newer one that will pay then twice the interest, and were told they can't do it as they don't have an appointment. to cap it all the branch is closing down for refurb so will have to travel further, inimpressed
