“First of all I start by saying that I'm not a review Guy ,maybe I've done couple of reviews in all my life, and I'm not young anymore, however sometimes we have to take a moment of our time and acknowledged the people which went above and beyond to exceed our expectations, and this is what is all about in this review. Few good weeks ago I went to HSBC bank in Hereford to open an account . I did not have an UK. bank account at that time. Before in the same day I went to Santander Bank .What make me decided to go with HSBC ? Was Mrs. Lucy. She was so professional so calm and attentive.She help me a lot. And she guide me through all the process. Thank you very much Lucy, outstanding job, you are the face of HSBC.After more than 30 years working in the Hospitality Industry on the front of the house dealing with customers each and every day I can see when someone is special. HSBC this is what make a difference between you an your competitors.Such employees!!!”

“I don’t often leave reviews but Aleks and Mark at the Barclays Hereford branch deserve a positive mention.
I visited the Hereford branch with my Father yesterday. He has mobility issues and Aleks went out of her way to help us to get Dad’s banking sorted for the day. She helped us use the machines to pay in a cheque and draw some cash out, then she sat us down at a desk with comfortable chairs and helped to answer a couple of questions Dad had.
We were really looked after and Aleks spent as much time with us as my Dad needed, she even got Dad a drink of squash before we left.
A couple of days earlier I went into the branch to ask some general questions about helping elderly parents with their banking issues and Mark sat me down and helped answer all my questions and concerns.
Exemplary personal customer service from two wonderful members of staff at Barclays Hereford. Thankyou so much.”

“Only use shell v-power and this petrol station is very handy been in the town centre. Only reason I'm giving it 4 and not 5* is because there has been times in the afternoon or early evening and the petrol station is closed. It has been 7 or 8 o'clock some evenings when traffic can be quite busy in Hereford at that time”

“Needing assistance in opening a new currents account, I was helped by Donna and Carmen. Carmen, went above and beyond in assisting me in every way she could possibly help and I am very grateful to her. She would offer me suggestions that would help ease the process for me to open the account as well as helping me with the online procedure. I'd like to also thank Donna for helping me as much as she could. Overall it was a good experience.”

“Had no option but to nip in here for a pee and a pitstop with the ankle biters :0)Easy to park. Plenty of spaces.The toilets were clean, and the changing room was full of all our needs, which impressed me.The cafe was a good size, the prices were reasonable and the cups were huge, it was like drinking a bucket of coffee! Much needed, though. The coffee was lively, and the staff and service were great. It wasn't too busy and we all left happy.”
