Booked for an ear piercing, turned up the shop was shut. They had my contact details but didn’t bother to contact or cancel the appointment. Took me over 40minutes to drive there and paid for parking all for nothing. Won’t bother again

I booked online for my daughter to have her ears pierced she was so excited! When I booked online I chose 18ct gold plated earrings and the after care kit for £31 ( yes it is on the website as I second guessed myself and checked when I got home) arrived at claires to be told I could only choose the earrings from the box... read full comment
