“I went to Claire's in Hereford to get my cartlidge pierced. I was a bit anxious, thinking it would be painful. The manageress who's name I didn't catch, made me feel so relaxed, she talked me through the process and after carefully preparing my ear for piercing she went ahead and pierced my cartlidge. I didn't feel a thing, only a click of the piercing gun. She was very professional. I went back the next day and had another one done and again, no pain and was professionaly treated.Thank you Claire's for employing polite and courteous staff.”
