“Last week I travelled over 100 miles to Hereford, specifically so I could visit this jewellers. Having spoken to one of the owners, Colin, a few years before, I knew that he was the only person that I could trust to do a very intricate repair to my Celtic wedding ring. Having received the reconstructed ring through the post today, I am bowled over by the quality of the workmanship - the ring now looks better than it did when it was first made (by a different jeweller)! I cannot recommend the jewellers enough and would happily travel to them again.”

The young lady done the job in 5 minutes for under a fiver. What can I say to that except A1 service, I felt like a valid costumer that was spending thousands of pounds. When I said that I needed some time to browse, they left me to look around but stayed attentive ti when I was ready to ask questions. “I went to Claire's in Hereford to get my cartlidge pierced. I was a bit anxious, thinking it would be painful. The manageress who's name I didn't catch, made me feel so relaxed, she talked me through the process and after carefully preparing my ear for piercing she went ahead and pierced my cartlidge. I didn't feel a thing, only a click of the piercing gun. She was very professional. I went back the next day and had another one done and again, no pain and was professionaly treated.Thank you Claire's for employing polite and courteous staff.”

“My 8year old daughter had her ears pierced today and what a lovely group of people you have in ur Hereford branch could not of wish for a better group of people to help with talking her through how they are going to do it and so on.
