“The wait is fine if you know what to expect and come prepared.Based on the feedback of disgruntled people that have booked having to wait a long time, I do wonder if this could be alleviated by have two queues...1. Booked queue2. Drop in queueHowever, having been before, I'm familiar with the process and the conveyor-belt wait and service.I had booked my tyres over the phone (Katie was SUPER-patient with me, helping me sift through stock for a Ford Ranger we've had about 8 months and helped my fine the best price for 4) so joined the queue with my Meal Deal, 2l bottle of water and Kindle. Arrived 11.50am and was driving out 13.10pm. 2 hours, 20 mins wait on a Weds lunchtime... but this was fine for me as I had prepared.Katie was amazing and the rest of my service was polite and well organised. Zero complaints here and we love the more rugged AT tyres we went for. ? The truck was also right outside the waiting area, so I could watch the whole too (hence the pics) ?”
