“I spent my whole day today visiting 5 kwik fits on my journey back from Watford back to Wiltshire. My tyre blew yesterday and I was given a spare by the RAC. I have to say all of the branches were really unhelpful apart from Andover who went above and beyond to help me. Despite them being rushed of their feet they changed my tyre and organised it all for me within half an hour.Customer service was outstanding especially the young man with a beard who went above and beyond. I can’t thank them enough.”

“I live in France, but i'm moving to the UK.So, I swapped my French car for a UK car with a guy in Lyon. However, the MOT ran out in March, so in April I decided to drive to the UK to get an MOT (using the shortest route of course - that was 2361km round trip!).My ferry was massively delayed at Calais, so I called and explained. No problem at all, bumped it on a few hours to a spot later in the afternoon.The added complication was my battery went flat on the ferry, because the alarm went nuts due to the extremely choppy sea. The battery probably wasn't good as the car had been sitting in a field doing nothing for 6+ months. Luckily the Irish Ferries guys got me started again with their booster thingy. But....I did say to Jonno at Coombe Valley...."That's my car there, if I turn the engine off, it may never start again....is that a problem?".Jonno said "Not a problem, we can get it started again, but it'll be fine".Indeed it was fine, MOT passed, so I could tax it right away.This day was actually my (rather significant) birthday, although not the usual thing one does to celebrate, it felt amazing. I did go on to Brighton later on and had a superb night out with a close friend, so I'm not a total saddo.Don't quote me on this, but I'm pretty sure there are no ANPR cameras between the ferry port and Coombe Valley MOT. So if you have been out of the UK for a while and need get your motor legal ASAP, this is your best route.”

He even gave my husband and I a life to the local cafe as my husband has walking issue. They have the right attitude of putting people first! We will go back.”
