“I called up the store today, requesting an unusual and very last minute favour for a friend there in Winchester, and without any hesitation the lovely chap said he would of course help. Half an hour later, my friend received his gift and was totally delighted. Truly exceptional customer service and I will definitely be popping in to thank the team and have a good mooch around the shelves in person when I am next in town. Simply amazing.”

“Travelled from Bournemouth to click and collect a book that wasn't available anywhere closer! The person serving was very friendly.. But he did spend a lot of time talking to the person in front of me in the queue about books which left me waiting for a while to be served. But it was nice to see friendly interactions and staff showing a genuine interest in customers.”

“I popped in here just before holiday looking for a series but couldn’t get all 3 books as unavailable so asked a very kind staff member (girl with mid length brown hair) for recommendations. I finished the first in just two days, she was absolutely spot on with her choices and definitely coming back to try the third. Amazing customer service and clear passion from her, thank you for the help<3”

“I'm trying to slim down my rather vast collection of cd's and this is a great place to take them. Let's face it, Music Magpie pay so little, I feel better giving them away. ???”

“First time in this shop since the re-fit and I must say that I was quite impressed with the place. The shop was clean, tidy, bright, more open plan, easier to move about then before and generally well organised. My only gripes are that the range isn't what it used to be plus I would like to see some indiviudality in terms to what is stocked between branches. Would recommend shopping here for any stationery, book, art or card purchases.”

“Place feels kinda messy and overloaded with stuff - more like a storehouse than a store.Kinda overwhelming for a walk-in customer I'd say, but I bet it's a pretty cool and cozy store once you get used to it.They apparently have plenty of Comics, TCG and Warhammer stuff there, so that's cool.”

“Having been to Gosport twice within the last few days we have stopped here for lunch twice. We have used Burger King and M&S. Both quite good, speedy service. An outdoor area to eat which is clean. Only downside is everything goes into one bin, no recycling done here which is not good. Clean toilets.”
